Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
By using AirGuide you agree to these terms. The short version: use it for personal travel, keep your account secure, and don't misuse the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AirGuide — including the web application at flyairguide.com and any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of AirGuide after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Use of Service
AirGuide is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the service to look up flight information, navigate airport terminals, view TSA wait times, and plan your journey from check-in to boarding.
You agree not to:
- Use AirGuide for any commercial purpose or on behalf of a business without written consent
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service
- Attempt to access any part of the backend systems or APIs directly
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful content including fake TSA wait time reports
- Interfere with or disrupt the performance or integrity of the service
- Use the service in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law
3. Account Responsibilities
To access certain features, you may create an account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password secure and confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate information when registering
- Notifying us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
AirGuide reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
4. Flight Data Disclaimer
AirGuide sources real-time flight data through FlightAware AeroAPI. While we display the most current information available, we cannot guarantee that all flight data — including gate assignments, departure times, and flight status — is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.
Always verify critical flight information with your airline or airport departure boards before making time-sensitive decisions. Flight data in AirGuide is for informational purposes only.
We are also not responsible for the accuracy of community-reported TSA wait times, which are submitted voluntarily by users and may not reflect actual conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirGuide and its founders, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Missed flights or connections resulting from reliance on AirGuide data
- Loss of time, money, or opportunity
- Errors or omissions in flight, gate, or navigation information
- Service outages, interruptions, or unavailability
AirGuide is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Intellectual Property
AirGuide and all associated content — including the app interface, branding, logo, design, and written content — are owned by AirGuide and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of AirGuide without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the app does not grant any ownership rights over its content or technology.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AirGuide at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or are using the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.
You may stop using AirGuide at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email [email protected].
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address on their account.
Your continued use of AirGuide after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of AirGuide will be resolved under applicable U.S. federal and state law.
